Introduction: I am a relationship development guide, focused on empowering small business owners. My journey has shaped me into an advocate and mentor for entrepreneurs at every stage.

Professional Journey: With a degree in public relations, marketing, and sales, I founded Joshua Lyons Marketing and 4in10. I've co-founded the CRE Marketing Podcast, moderated Financial Poise webinars, and published numerous blogs. As a BNI director consultant, I’ve built a strong network, frequently traveling to Central Florida to deepen connections.

Family and Interests: Family is core to my life with my wife Amanda, daughters Adeline, Felicity and Belle, and our dog Honey. I enjoy exploring local eateries, coffee shops, and fantasy/sci-fi movies. Swing dancing is a cherished hobby where I met Amanda. I'm also driven to revolutionize education, helping future generations discover their passions.

Unique Experiences: I've lived in Africa and South Korea, juggling fire and swords as a teenager. I enjoy LitRPG books, especially ''Awaken Online.'' Transforming Haiti into a prosperous country is on my bucket list.

Volunteer Work: I volunteer with Royal Family Kids, mentoring foster children and participating in camp. Using magic, juggling, and balloon sculpting, I bring joy to these children, echoing the positive impact of church camps on me.
