We've got that itch again... It's time for a beer pairing dinner, this time featuring beers from Rogue Ales!
Four courses for only $40/person!
• Duck Confit Salad, Wonton Cup. Paired with Dead Guy Maibock.
• Pepper Crusted Filet Mignon, Wild Mushroom Mashed Potato, Sriracha Cream. Paired with Brutal IPA.
• Cardamom-Cinnamon-Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake, White Chocolate & Cocoa Nib Anglaise, Milk Chocolate Curls. Paired with Mocha Porter.
• Blue Cheese Mousse, Fresh Apple. Paired with Old Crustacean Barley Wine
