Pam Childers, Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is offering, for one day only, to accept payment in full for unpaid traffic tickets, court costs and fines without charging the 27% collection surcharge. Payments will be accepted at the MC Blanchard Judicial Building and via phone at 850-595-4360.
