Intermediate/Advanced Students
Modifications made for pregnancy, injuries, disabilities, etc.
What to Expect In Class:
This 75-minute Ashtanga based vinyasa flow accessible to all levels. This class is designed to bring awareness to the body and inspire a sense of joy and accomplishment by allowing the sequencing and music to take you on a journey. The focus of the class is synchronizing breath with movement to create a flowing sequence of postures that align the energetic centers within your body. All mindfully woven together through curated movements and sound.
It’s a vibe!!! This class is fun and accessible for everyone! And the vibration of our community is what elevates the class. So bring friends, bring a date, but most importantly bring yourself and get ready to sweat, learn, and most importantly have fun!
Our class will begin with a brief introduction with a short dharma talk, which will set the intention for our practice. We will then move into a fun and flowing physical practice , which will focus on building strength and flexibility while introducing you to different sensations in the body through a sequence of postures that will not only challenge you, but will give you a sense of accomplishment and more importantly joy!
