ECAT is sponsoring its first DBE Small Business Workshop with Florida Department of Transportation, "Transit Linking the Community to Business Opportunities." This workshop is open to anyone who might be interested in: What is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and the benefits? What type of ECAT projects and opportunities are available for a DBE?
