Join us for a unique dining experience where you bring in your freshly caught fish, and our expert chefs will prepare it for you to enjoy! We offer this every day from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Check out all the details below. What You Need to Know: Two-Hour Window: Drop off your catch at least two hours before your reservation. We only accept same-day drop-offs; no overnight storage is allowed. Pricing: $50 per person. This includes your choice of two sides and two styles of preparation. Serving Style: Meals are served family-style in the dining room. To-go options are not available. Fish Requirements: Your fish must be whole and gutted. We do not accept filets. Dining Location: Available in the Salt Dining Room or on the Salt Patio only. Important Information: Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any catch deemed unfit due to improper storage, handling, or preparation. Risk Acknowledgment: By providing your fresh catch for cooking, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with handling and consuming it, including potential foodborne illnesses.
