The FL SBDC at UWF is presenting a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, August 31, from Noon - 1:00 p.m. entitled ''Commercial Leasing''. Commercial leases can be overwhelming. They are lengthy, full of jargon and unfamiliar terms and always written to the landlord's advantage. But they are negotiable. Learn the ''Do's'' and ''Don'ts'' of commercial real estate leasing for tenants! Understand the negotiation points that tip the scales back to the tenant's favor.
